Patient in her 40s who underwent 120 pound weight loss through bariatric surgery, for skin tightening, patient had brachioplasty or arm lift performed, breast augmentation with 325 mL silicone implants, mastopexy or breast lift, and axillary skin removal on the chest. She also had a full abdominoplasty with muscle tightening and liposuction.
