45 year old male who desired a sculpted chest and abdominal (tummy) area. While our patient was very physically active—there were hard to reach areas of fat in the abdomen and waist.  Dr. Narasimhan performed gynecomastia excision using a small incision under the areola to remove the breast tissue.  In addition, he performed high-definition liposuction to the waist, tummy, and back area.
