Healthy female who, after having 2 children, desired improvement in the size and shape of her breasts. She underwent and breast augmentation with lift to increase size while rejuvenating the breasts to her pre-baby shape. A 375 ml silicone gel implant was used. 8 month postop pictures are shown here.
