This patient is a healthy female in her 60s, who desired eyelid surgery to improve the fullness in her upper and lower eyes. Before and after photos show her improvement after upper and lower lid blepharoplasty as well as chemical peel. She looks and feels much more refreshed and rejuvenated. The puffiness in her lower eyes is improved and she appears less tired.
