Healthy female who in past breast fed a child, had a breast reduction surgery and lost 50 lbs. Patient desired improvement in the size and shape of her breasts. She underwent and breast augmentation with lift to increase size while rejuvenating the breasts. A 280 ml silicone gel implant was used. 10-month postop pictures are shown here.
